The apartment is surrounded by public transport (Metro 4, Tram No. 4-6, buses) The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor in a non-renovated classical building but in good condition. Unfortunately, the building has no elevator. This apartment offers 4 bedrooms each with a double bed, a closet, and a desk. Each room is furnished to a high standard. There are also 2 separate toilets and a complete bathroom available. The large living room comes with a nice balcony. All bedrooms are very bright and come with plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen is present with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a big fridge, an oven, and a microwave.
Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
UTILITIES:
- All our apartments include a basic WIFI
- Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities.
