The room is equipped with a double bed, three-door wardrobe, desk, bedside table, curtains, mirror and bookcase.
The area is great for students. Very well served area, close to all main services, such as supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy. A few steps from the university center of literature, psychology, engineering, economics and political science.

Magisterium area, a strategic location at 1 min from the magisterium, we rent a beautiful single room, renovated specifically to offer comfort and convenience to our students. The room has a single bed, 2-door wardrobe, desk, bedside table, curtains, mirror, bookcase. The colors of the walls promote good humor and help in the study.
The area is very central and the context is particularly calm, pleasant and very appreciated by the students. Very well served area, close to all the main services, such as supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy. A few steps away from the university's university in letters, psychology, engineering, economics and political science.
IMPORTANT:
-If you would like to reserve till the end of August the price will be 30 euros less per month
-You can ONLY book the following periods:

The rent of a simple room is completely all-inclusive, which means that it already includes all costs in addition to the rent of the room, costs of electricity, gas, water, waste, internet and various taxes.
Obviously the estimated consumption is calculated on the basis of a normal and sensible use of household appliances (radiators, air conditioners, lights, etc ..) In case the consumption exceed in a disproportionate way the normal consumption, is authorized (as per contract signed with the tenant) to ask for supplements, showing bills and invoices. It is in our interests that these situations never occur, but it is our job to make sure that the tenants of the house make proper use, without waste, of energy and water.
- Reservation fee of 320 euros
To officially book the room, you have to do a payment of 320 euros, which we use for:
- Contract registration fee
-Apartment common spaces cleaning one time/month
- Room cleaning during the incoming and the outgoing
- Supplementary insurance on the property
