This fully independent newly renovated studio is situated close to the city center of Athens, Ampelokipoi. Covering an area of 24 sqm (258 sqft), this studio features a living room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is ideal for short term stays or a great option for holidays.
• 400m (6’ walk) to Panormou Metro Station
• 150m (2’ walk) to the nearest bus station
• 4km to Syntagma Square (4 stops by metro - 6min)
• 5km to Acropolis/Plaka (5 stops by metro - 8min)
The studio is ideal for a couple but it can also host a family or even friends. It can host up to 3 adults (double bed + folding bed) and a baby cot.
The studio is located on the semi-basement of the residence. The main room is fully air conditioned, it is equipped with a smart 43’’ TV, a double bed, a comfy folding bed, as well as a dining table/workspace. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. The room includes a wardrobe. There is also a small and quiet backyard, to have your coffee.
Children/babies are more than welcomed! We can provide everything they need!
Table games and books are available.
Tea/coffee machine is at the guest’s disposal.
There is everything you need for long term stays (washing machine, refrigerator, cooking oven, coffee machine, linens, kitchen utensils, etc.)
The studio is equipped with a fast internet connection and access to the router is provided for free.
The studio has recently been renovated with new furniture. Visitors are offered with fresh linen, towels, blankets, shampoo, toothpaste, pharmacy, hair dryer, kitchenware etc. Guests can enjoy central Athens attractions and main areas. All those are approximately 10 min away by Metro.
For our little friends a stroller, travel cot, high chair, baby bath and toys are available and at your disposal.
The studio policy does not allow smoking inside the property, no pets are allowed as well as no group parties.

Based on the GR Law for short term bookings till 60 days the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
City Tax 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct. (cash on your check in)
Please, note that rent prices include VAT 13% based on the GR law for short term bookings till 60 days.
For stays more than 2 (two) months (when its possible) a discount applies in the rental price.
The apartment is ideally located in the living part of Zografou with shops/bars/restaurant nearby. Walking distance from NTUA, ALBA, National and Kapodestrian University of Athens, Laboratory of physics University of Athens, School of pharmacy, etc.
We have 2 rooms available in a shared apartment of 60sqm. We usually rent to Erasmus students.
On the 3rd floor without elevator, the apartment is fully furnished and both rooms have double bed and Air condition.

Our Company's services don't stop at your front door. That's why we envisioned, designed and offer a total living space, and not just a simple set of apartments. Here, you will find a shared laundry room with washing machines, dryers, iron and ironing board, as well as auxiliary shared equipment. You will have at your disposal a common room for relaxing and chatting with other guests.
In addition, we take care of both the immediate repair of any damage anywhere in the building, as well as the cleanliness of the common areas.
It is important for us that you live and study with your mind where you need and want. That's why we maintain closed-circuit surveillance in the building in the common areas, all locks work with cards, while fire safety is a given in every apartment and common area. Plus, our Company has its own helpline, for whatever comes up big or small - even for comments on what you've just read.
