I’m Greg, a current final-year graduate student at Bocconi. I’m subletting my cosy apartment for the summer as I won’t be in Milan. For now, the flat is offered just for the summer (1 June to the end of August), but if someone is interested, it can be rented for a longer period.
The building is right on tram line 14, so the city centre is an easy ride. Frattini station on the new purple metro line is only a five minute walk away. All the main universities are quick to reach by public transport; I usually get to Bocconi in about 30 minutes (15 minutes by bike). Ideal for summer school students!
Parks and an outdoor gym are close by. The building has bike storage, and several supermarkets (Tigros, Lidl, Esselunga) are a few minutes away.
The flat is 35 m2 and has two separate beds, making it suitable for a single tenant, a couple, or two students during the summer. The summer rent is €700 per month, which covers all expenses.
