Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible and therefore we offer private rooms in shared apartments fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, oven/microwave, cooking equipment, washing machine, dishes and bed linen. The rental price includes an advance payment for utilities such as gas, water, electricity and internet. Registration at the Municipality is always possible. The area provides a variety of shops, restaurants and excellent connections to public transport.

A place with plenty of amenities nearby, such as several supermarkets, various delicatessens, local stores, coffeeshops and nice restaurants. In addition, the famous Dapper Market with a wide and varied offer is also nearby. There are many different catering establishments in the neighborhood. For example, you can have breakfast at 'The Cottage', for delicious coffee to Rum Baba or for a fun night out to the Beukenplein or the Javastraat, everything is less than a 10-minute walk away, an ideal base for city living. Located between Oosterpark and Park Frankendeal, a walk in the greenery is always close by. In addition, with 15 minutes cycling you are in the Diemerpark, where there is a small beach where you can swim in an offshoot of the IJsselmeer.

The property is easy to reach by public transport (streetcar lines 1 or 3) and is close to metro station Wibautstraat, Muiderpoort station and Amstel station. The Ring A-10 can be reached within minutes via the Wibautstraat and the Gooiseweg. You will also find yourself in no time in the heart of Amsterdam by bike (10 minutes) or public transport!
