It is very close to public transportation. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away.

A recently renovated duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms and furniture for renting.
it is located on a quire street close to SHUMAN, place Jordon, EU etc. It is also not far from VUB and place flagey.
The apartment situates on the 2nd floor, and the bedrooms are under the roof. Next to the bedrooms, there is a nice WC and little lavabo, but the the shower room and another WC is on the 2nd floor next to the living room.
It is perfect for two friends who want to rent separate rooms in one big apartment sharing the kitchen and shower etc. It is of course super good for a young couple (boyfriend and girlfriend) .
There is also a common place on the ground floor to store bikes.
This brand new residence (renovated 2022) is 5 minutes cycling distance to Schuman station and the EU Commission, or alternatively 5' walk to Madou metro station and features 8 bedrooms from 16 to 28 sqm, each with its own private shower, toilet and fridge.
A large common area with a lounge and fitted kitchen as well as a garden and bicycle parking is available to the tenants, and we're planning a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine.
This residential area is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in the area is difficult but buses & metro are a couple of minutes away. This residential street is calm (one-way street) and leads on to place St Josse and it's many shops and restaurants favored by the EU community.
Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries , snacks and restaurants are available in the nearby place St Josse area, and a Carrefour supermarket is just 2 minutes walk away.
Rent for 6 months is 950/month with all charges included. Please ask me the monthly rent for shorter period of time (minimum 1 month)
