Each bedroom has a private bathroom with a bath or shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment.
The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes.

The house is located closeby the city center and has all means of transportation nearby (bus right at the corner of the street, metro / tram station “Botanique" 1 block away, and train station “North station” just a few minutes away by foot). There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, bars, local shops etc. in the neighborhood.
There is not washing machine in the house itself, but a laundromat just 1 street away.

All rooms are furnished (single bed, desk, chair, lamp and wardrobe), all costs (water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent, internet (cabled) is provided for free.
Cleaning person once a week for common areas only, concierge, secured with cameras, handyman if necessary.
All rooms also have an individual sink in the room themselves.
Some rooms are big enough to be occupied by 2 people, but we can also rent them to 1 person if necessary.
