Near the Hankar metro station, third-floor studio apartment (no lift) of 40m2 comprising a living room, fitted kitchen, shower room and WC. ROOMMATE ACCEPTED.
L’appartement est un duplex meublé au dernier étage (un puit de lumière), sans ascenseur, avec une cage d’escalier pour y parvenir donc pas de soucis avec les pieds pour les voisins du dessous.
Il offre une grande cuisine américaine (2 frigos), 2 chambres (une étant la mienne), salle de bain avec un bain et une douche séparée , 1 WC séparé, une buanderie/rangement séparée aussi.
Au dernier étage le salon avec mon coin “salle de sport” mais que je partage volontiers. Le salon ouvre en partie sur la grande cage d’escalier et sur une terrasse sans vis-à-vis avec une vue sur toute la ville. Il y a aussi un projecteur sur tout un mur pour des soirées cinéma.
Cherche 1 seul(e) coloc, pas de couple et de préférence pas de home working car je fais mes entraînements de boxe (seule) à la maison:

Je suis pas bruyante mais avec un espace ouvert ça peut s’entendre et pourrait déranger à moins que vous ayez un bon casque.

L’avantage est que le quartier est super vivant, rempli de bars ouverts jusqu au petit matin et que l’appartement par contre est super calme.

Welcome to your new room in our shared house! Situated between the ground floor and the first floor, this cozy room offers comfort and convenience.
The room is separated from the rest of the shared duplex, which spans the second and third floors. With a total of five flatmates, you'll enjoy a friendly atmosphere with ample privacy. The second floor features three private bedrooms and a convenient shower room with toilets. On the third floor, you'll find the communal spaces, including a spacious living room, kitchen, and another bathroom with toilets. One final flatmate resides on the fourth floor.
While we encourage responsible usage of heating and water, all utilities are covered in your rent, including water and electricity (including heating), as well as access to the washing machine, dryer, fortnightly cleaning service of shared spaces, and high-speed internet.
The house is located in a tranquil street, well-connected with nearby tram and bus stops, and a beautiful park is just a short stroll away. With easy access to EU institutions, NATO, and Brussels city center, everything the city has to offer is within reach.
Beautiful house located in front of the Berlaymont building (European Commission) and composed of 8 bedrooms from which 4 have a private bathroom. The common areas are bright and nicely designed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a kitchen island. The bedroom is located in the entresol, street side and has a private bathroom.
