All rooms are fully furnished and equipped. All rooms have a private bathroom. The souterrain contains a large fully equipped common kitchen and a small kitchen to use privately. In the buanderie you find the washer, dryer and ironing equipment. On the ground floor, you have access to an enclosed, quiet city garden of 250 square meters!
In addition to the room rent, there is a monthly charge of EUR 175 to cover the costs of many extras; furniture, bedding, towels, functioning television (tv channels or Netflix) in each room, high-speed internet, gas, water, electricity, insurance, regular cleaning, even toilet paper, kitchen towels and garbage recycling included. It has a very classic atmosphere, with high doors, very high ceilings (4,6 meters), an original fire place mantle and two very large windows to the street. The room is about 24 square meters and contains a double bed, a desk, an antique cabinet, chair and television. Outside the room, between the ground and first floors is your private bathroom of 12 meters, including a full bath, toilet, sink and dressing space. It has a large window to the garden.

Common areas include a kitchen, a big living room with tv and sofas, a gym, a laundry and a big garden with barbecue and chairs to lounge on. In the kitchen, everyone has a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, pans and pots and dish ware. Washing machines and tumblers are operated with 2€ tokens. There is a stay tax 4.58€/day.
Room 411 in Stephanie house is on fourth floor streetside. It is approximately 18sqm.
The bathroom is en suite with a private toilet on the same floor.
