Modern studio in a small residence near Sq. Ambiorix. 5-7 minutes walk to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission. Comfortable double bed Private bathroom and furnished equipped kitchenette. There is a 40€ cleaning fee before the move in.
This residential area is appreciated for its safety, the large parks nearby and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. The street is quiet (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.
Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the Chaussée de Louvain area, and a Delhaize supermarket is just a few minutes walk away.
