We have 7 private new furnished rooms in a house over 3 floors, comprising hall, 3 bathroom shower /sink and toilet , a fully equipped kitchen in common situated on the groundfloor of the house and a little furnished living room in common .
The attribution of the rooms is obviously tributary of the availabilities of the moment. The rooms (+- 15 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains .We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival .
Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a laundry shop in the street and also some shops .
A regular cleaning of the common parts of the house ( floors and stairs ) is done every 2 weeks.
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office +- 100 euro inventory in and +-100 euro inventory out )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).
The rooms are clean and pleasant, furnished in a pratical way. General environment is convivial and sympathetic, the atmosphere is made by E.U.trainees and students of various European nationalities.
