The apartment comprises an entrance, one bedroom with a garden view, a bathroom with toilet, and a living room with an open kitchen facing the street and opening on a balcony. It is equipped with electric radiators, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a microwave oven, an oven, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and a dryer are available on the third floor of the house, shared with other tenants (women only).
While we encourage responsible usage of heating and water, all utilities are covered in your rent, including water and electricity (including heating), as well as access to the washing machine, dryer, fortnightly cleaning service of shared spaces, and high-speed internet.

Monthly rent is 750 Euro paid in cash at the beginning of each month. Additionally, there are 180 Euro charges to be paid monthly, which cover: gas, electricity, water, cable tv. Internet is included in the rent and you can access it immediately. And there is a 50 Euro charge for the final cleaning. Deposit 1000 Euro paid in cash on arrival. Minimum stay is 5 months with a possibility of extension. If you have a bicycle you can keep it in a closed garage. Or you can use a home bicycle.
