The studio was renovated this year and is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa, a tv, a washing machine, a high table with 2 chairs and a bed. The bed is slightly separated from the living room thanks to an alcove.

The studio is located 2 minutes away from Woluwe Shopping Center, Metro Tomberg and Roodebeek. You just need 10 minutes by metro to reach the European Commission , European Parliament and university like VUB, ULB, KUL, UCL , Leuven.
Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is in the east and one of the swankiest and residential areas of the city. It is well connected by public transport to the city centre and European quarter. Therefore, the areas are popular amongst people working for the European Union. If you want to escape the big city life, this neighbourhood is perfect for you. You will find small town houses with gardens and little shops. The Parc de Woluwe is perfect for walks, running or just relaxing in the grass. Even though the neighbourhood may not be centrally located, rents are slightly higher.

This residential area (postcode : 1000) is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. This residential street is calm (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.
Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the nearby Chaussée de Louvain area, and a Delhaize supermarket is just a few minutes walk away.
