Extras: Registration of the rental contract (for stays more than 1 month): it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenants. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively €50 each.
Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, courtyard). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15/hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment.
Periodic sanitization: periodically the common areas and on request, the rooms of each tenant will be sanitized with treatment, that cleans, disinfects and deodorizes the environment, eliminates the microorganisms, bacteria, mold and viruses, and restores an unpolluted environment. The technology is particularly appropriated for people who suffer from respiratory allergies.
At the booking: one month rent
At the arrival: the deposit. This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to detract) + admin fee 400€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: a periodic cleaning, availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...)
Then, every month, you will have the rent pay, that include utilities, Fibra Wi-Fi (Fast), condo fees ect

The room of approximately 15sqm is equipped with a wardrobe, single bed, desk, coat hanger, partly furnished with antique furniture.
We are studious, respectful, we don't have a TV and we are looking for a similar person to share the apartment with us.
Also the neighbors are very quiet and we are located in a safe area of Florence, on the slopes of the Fiesole hill.

Le Cure sono una zona residenziale tranquilla, ma vicinissima al centro storico di Firenze. In meno di 15 minuti a piedi potrai raggiungere attrazioni come il Duomo, Piazza della Signoria e il Mercato Centrale.
