It seems that Garibaldi, the Hero of the Two Worlds, after having united Italy stayed in the Villa and meditated "on the Enterprise" under a large tree in the park, now called Garibaldi's tree.
The renovation was completed in 2016, the original decorations and colors have been found and maintained. The apartment, about 63 square meters, consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a large living room with a double sofa bed for occasional guests, an equipped kitchen, and a complete bathroom with shower.
My flat is an ideal accommodation for couples, students or families with children.
We put the entire apartment at your disposal, complete with every comfort and equipment such as:
- air conditioning, heating;
- kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator;

- satellite TV, wi-fi, internet line;

1. TIMES: Check-in is between 4.00 PM and 8.00 PM. When possible, check-ins will be allowed before 4.00 PM. ALL CHECK-IN TIMES must be agreed with the host in advance. Checkout is at 11.00 AM. Scheduled or potential late check-ins (after 8.00 pm) MUST BE COMMUNICATED TO THE HOST BEFORE BOOKING AND A 50 EURO LATE CHECK-IN FEE COULD BE APPLIED. The late check-in fee must be paid at the time of arrival at the apartment and no access will be granted to the apartment until such payment is made.
2. Personal Information: As per Italian Law number 214/2011 (article 40.1), Italian Police requires us to report the identity of our guests. The information guests are required to share are the following: Name, Family name, Citizenship, Place and Date of Birth, Document Number, Country of Issuance. We will process these data in full compliance with Italian and EU regulations on personal data use and will NOT store or share it with any other party. We understand that the sharing of personal info is a very sensitive matter and thus we will respect and uphold your decision not to send the information electronically in advance because of privacy concerns. We will however ask for these details at check in. No additional guests will allowed due to the conformance. If you are found to have persons staying at the property who are not named on your Reservation Confirmation, you are in breach of contract and may be denied access to the property. No refunds will be issued if you are refused accommodations due breach of contract.
3. Facility: we are not an hotel or a B&B. We do NOT provide 24/7 reception, daily cleaning of the unit unless specifically requested, and paid for, at the time of the booking, NOR do we provide BREAKFAST or MEALS.
4. Payments: We can withdraw directly from your credit card according to the conditions of the cancellation policy of the reservation within the check-in day.
5. Waiver of Liability: we shall not accept responsibility for losses to the guests for any claims, including but not limited to:
a) responsibility for personal body injury, death, accident, lost, stolen or damaged property, loss of mental or physical enjoyment, delay or inconvenience.
b) Any delays or changes in schedule or itineraries incurred by any person arising out of any wilful or negligent act or omission,

9. Quiet Hours: Quiet Hours are 10 PM to 8 AM: Please keep all noise levels to a minimum during this time.
10. Smoking: No Smoking is allowed inside of the suites. No candles or fires of any kind are allowed within the apartment. A 250 Euro cleaning fee will be charged if smoke is detected in the apartment upon departure.
11. Laundry: You may use the washer - and dryer when available - in the apartment room. We are not responsible for any clothing damage or articles left, lost or stolen. Read and follow machine instructions.
12. Damage: Please report any inoperative equipment, damages, dangers or faults immediately. The registered guest is directly responsible for all negligent, accidental, intentional, or unintentional damage to the interior or exterior of the suite or to the common areas, caused by the guest, their family, or their guests, and will be charged for all repairs, replacement, and other related expenses and costs.
13. Keys: A 250 Euro fee will be charged if you lose the keys of the apartment.
14. Ciao, io abito nel centro di Firenze, in zona Santa Croce ed ho deciso di affittare la mia casa per i mesi estivi, in cui io sarò altrove. Si tratta di un bilocale al piano terra, accogliente, di notte silenzioso e di giorno pieno di vita. Infatti le mie finestre si affacciano su un piccolo parco giochi, aperto qualche ora la mattina e qualche ora il pomeriggio. La domenica mattina ci si sveglia con il canto degli uccellini e le campane del campanile di S.Croce.
Il bilocale ha un letto matrimoniale, il bagno in camera, salotto e cucina insieme. C'è tutto quello che serve: lavatrice con asciugatrice, wi-fi, stampante, due televisioni ed anche fresco naturale, dovuto alla conformazione della casa. Avrete comodamente vicino a casa il supermercato e le movida di via Pietrapiana o di Via Verdi, con tanti locali aperti la sera, per mangiare e bere.
