The apartment is situated in an area well connected by public transports (bus and tramway) and also close to Novoli University. It is 15 minutes walk from the rail Station of Santa Maria Novella and 20 minutes from the historical centre. The room is double for single use. The check-out is on the last day of the month by 10.30 am. Other possibilities can be agreed in advance. The rent is montly and it is due on the 1st day of the month. Bedding is not provided, only a mattress cover.
The monthly cost of the private room and common parts in June 2025 and from October on is € 600 + € 300 for utilities (total cost per month is € 900). In July, August and September 2025 the monthly cost is € 600 + € 320 (total cost per month is € 920).

The property is fully furnished with 2 bathrooms incorporating showers, a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher to ease your life while cooking and balcony with the washing machine and a dryer.
The floor is made of porcelain and it has just been added. The effect is stunning.
All the rooms of the apartment are provided with big windows where natural light can enter, helping you study or work.
The apartment has a storage basement and a share car parking if you decide to come by car.
All rooms are provided with air conditioners to help you cool in the summer time as well as in the kitchen. All the rooms will have a TV, a desk, comfortable beds and wardrobes.
The location of the apartment is at 10 minutes walk from Polimoda and 4 minutes walk from the Porta di San Frediano. An amazing location just near the center!
You can have all this for the 3 double rooms at 650 euros, each bed spot is 325 euros, and for the 2 single rooms 500 euros. This prices do not include utilities, which are water, light, gas, internet and building fees, which are estimated at 40 euros per month for each room.
