Cozy, peaceful flat nice decorated in a quiet neighbourhood. It’ s a second mezzanine floor (no lift) consisting of: an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen with a small table and chairs, stove, fridge, micro-oven, cooking utensils and washing machine; a bedroom with French bed (wide 120 cm), desk and flat screen TV, wardrobe and fan, a bathroom with shower and a small window. Central heating, free wi-fi and fans, it’s very warm in winter and quite cool in summer.
It is in an excellent position, very close to the historic center just a few minutes on foot, for those arriving by car there is the possibility of parking in the same street or in the adjacent streets.
