This spacious 80m2 designer apartment with 2 large balconies is perfect for single travellers or couples. It is located in the heart of Graz and is only 3 min. walk away from the most popular place amongst locals, the Lendplatz. Furthermore you are perfectly connected to all and all tram lines (1 min walk to the station). In only 800m walks (or 2 tram stops) you will reach the main square of Graz.
