The Apartment is located in the west side of the center of Graz. The apartment is just 10 minutes walk away from the famous town (Hauptplatz) hall square, also the Kunsthaus, the Murinsel.
There is also very good infrastructure. The next public transportation is in front of the building (Griesplatz) from the apartment located. The apartment is very quiet because the windows of the apartment are located to the backyard of the building. Next to the apartment are shops, parks, doctors and a lot of public space.
The apartment is located on the 2th floor without elevator. The apartment has 52 m2 and a balcony with 4 m2. The apartment impresses with a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilette.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size double bed and a wardrobe and a nice desk.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a table with 4 chairs, TV with HDMI connection, Internet (WIFI).
The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen includes a stove, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker, dishwasher and all table/kitchen utensils.
