This residential area is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. This residential street is calm (one-way street) and leads on to place Huwaert and it's many shops and restaurants.
Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the nearby place Houwaert area, and a new large Lidl supermarket is just 5 minutes walk away.

The pipes and radiators are old and visible but the boiler is brand new and the heating is central. Washing machine and drying are on the opposite street.
