- Fully Equipped: the sunny and light room comes fully furnished with a large TV and Chromecast, a refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, a desk with an additional screen, storage room, plants, a cooling fan, a very large and comfortable couch and a comfortable boxspring bed (200x120cm). This 2 bedroom appartment on the 5th floor with great views will be ready for unfurnished rent as off september 10th 2024. It comes unfurnish though the kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. There are 2 elevators. Plenty of parking is available right in front of the building. Registration is possible for 2 persons. We DO NOT rent out by the room, but only the full appartment. There is a minimum rental period of 1 year. The rental price is 1750 euro/month for this 2 bedroom appartment. Proof of citizenship or permit to live in Holland is a necessity.
