the house is located in the center of barcelona, urgell street. if you know barcelona, you know it is a top area. Everything is close, two subway lines, bars, restaurants, hospital, supermarket. etc. we are three guys living in the apartment, we need a last person for the fourth room.
The room is excellent, with balcony and views.
Bonita y acogedora habitación individual perfecta para un estudiante en la zona de Collblanc/Torrassa unos de los barrios con más servicios y comercios. Desde el apartamento puede ir andando hasta la zona universitaria.
El apartamento es muy tranquilo e ideal para estudiar.
La habitación con cerradura propia está equipada de todo lo necesario para poder estudiar tranquilamente. Tiene una cama (120), un despacho, una cómoda, un armario y un espejo grande.
Está ubicada en un piso recién reformado (agosto 2023) de 56 m2.
Consta de una cocina equipada con horno, Combi (no Frost), microondas y una lavadora. Hay un tejado comunitario donde sube muy poca gente. Es un lugar ideal para poder tomar el sol, hacer yoga o disfrutar de la fresca; además de poder tender la ropa. El baño es completo y con ducha.

The stay includes bed linen: fitted sheet, pillows with their respective pillowcases, comforter and blanket.

Dispone de estantes con elementos decorativos de diseño, un reloj de pared y bonitas plantas que hacen de la estancia un espacio armónico y lleno de vida. Su ubicación se encuentra en frente de un baño completo y de la cocina. La habitación tiene un tamaño de 8m2.
La estancia tiene incluida ropa de cama: Sábana bajera, almohadas con sus respectivas fundas, relleno de edredón y manta.
También se incluye limpieza de conservación en semanas alternas de los espacios comunes, servicio de mantenimiento técnico, internet de alta velocidad y todos los suministros incluidos hasta el importe indicado en contrato.
Se ubica a calle de la Gran Vía, a escasos minutos de la Diagonal, en una preciosa calle semi peatonal rodeado de comercios, cafeterías, museos y zonas de paseo y excelentemente comunicado, en nuestro coliving completamente amueblado de diseño y equipado.
