Alfama, o bairro mais antigo de Lisboa e famoso pelo Fado, também está nas proximidades, assim como o majestoso Castelo de São Jorge, que oferece vistas panorâmicas incríveis. Os miradouros da Senhora do Monte e da Graça proporcionam vistas deslumbrantes da cidade, e o Panteão Nacional, de grande importância histórica, está perto. Além disso, há diversos jardins e espaços verdes na região, assim como uma rica vida cultural.

COMMON AREAS
The common area has a dining table with benches, TV, reading material, and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned twice a week by a cleaning maid.
KITCHEN
The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and a set of knives. There are four (4) bathrooms.
LOCATION
This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks and is just a step away from the Monumental cinema (Dolce Vita), the Atrium Saldanha, Saldanha Residence and Picoas Plaza.
TRANSPORT
In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Saldanha (Yellow and Red Lines) or Alameda (Green and Red Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be equipped with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus and taxis!

- The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.

The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with freezer, stove, oven, microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and a set of knives. There are four (4) bathrooms.
LOCATION
This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks and is just a step away from the Monumental cinema (Dolce Vita), the Atrium Saldanha, Saldanha Residence and Picoas Plaza.
TRANSPORT
In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Saldanha (Yellow and Red Lines) or Alameda (Green and Red Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be equipped with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus and taxis!

🔊 RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Visitor(s) policy: Yes (Under request and approval).
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
