The modern apartment features a comfortable bed with a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchenette where you can cook delicious homemade meals, and a bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment.
The bed linen and towels are replaced every 3 weeks.
The apartment is in the old city center so everything is close. Parking is possible on the street. With a bit of luck its free if not it costs only 60 cents per hour - Saturday afternoon and Sunday the whole day are free. Everything is within walking distance. The closest grocery store, restaurant, and bar are less than 100 meters away. Despite its central location, the street is quiet and residential, providing the perfect combination of a bustling city and peace and quiet.

This cozy, recently renovated studio is located in the city centre on Cigaletova ulica, right next to the peaceful Miklošičev Park and just a short stroll from Ljubljana’s historical core. Tucked into a semi-basement level, the studio offers a quiet and modern retreat perfect for short or mid-term stays.
The space features a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm), a spacious wardrobe, a dining table that seats four, and a generously sized kitchen equipped with a steel/ceramic oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with freezer, and all necessary dishes and tableware. The private bathroom includes a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a combined washing and drying machine for your convenience. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi internet access, a hairdryer, and an iron.

The studio enjoys a prime location just steps from the historical city center, while being tucked beside the serene Miklošičev Park. The neighborhood offers easy access to shops, cafes, and public services, making it a perfect base for exploring Ljubljana on foot.
🚇 Public Transport & Parking:
Well connected by public transportation, the studio provides quick access to other parts of the city via frequent bus lines. Whether you're commuting to a faculty, business district, or tourist site, getting around is simple and efficient.
A private parking lot is located approximately 300 meters from the studio, suitable for standard-sized personal vehicles (up to 5 meters in length). Reservations are required, and additional fees apply. There are also several public short-term parking spaces on the street, payable at parking machines. The nearest public parking garage is on Trdinova ulica.

4-12 min walking distance to the: University of Ljubljana, School of economics and business, Faculty of social sciences, Faculty of social work. 3 min to the city bus station (lines 6,8,11,14). Grocery 200 m. BicikeLJ (station to rent a bike): 500 m. Train and bus station (main in Ljubljana): 11 min with city bus, 23 min walking distance. Health center and pharmacy: 11 min walking distance
Room has 2 beds 90x200cm (we can put in bunk beds for more space), 2 writing desks, 2 bigger wardrobes and 1 smaller, a two-seater. Shared kitchen (stove, oven, big fridge with freezer, all needed cooking utensils) and shared bathroom. WiFi. Washing machine and dryer in a common space (price included in the fixed costs). For calm, serious and cultured students/young working professionals who care about cleanliness. Smoking is not allowed. No pets.
When the tenant pays a security deposit of EUR 275/per person the contract is valid. If the premises are clean when you leave and there is no damage, the deposit is paid back in full. Rent is paid on our bank account in advance till 15th in the month for the next month (you get an invoice). Rent: 195 per person/month, fixed costs 80 € (all amenities included).
Rent when 1 person wants room just for himself: 390 € rent + 80 € fixed costs.
When you don't have, but would like a roommate to be found by us let us know - in this case we match only a roommate of the same gender and we try to match you with a person of similar level of education.
