The flatshare can be found in the "Jean Macé" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. A lot of restaurants, shops, public transports are available near at hand. The apartment is on floor #7 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a complete kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave, pans, crockery, kettle, kitchen ustensils... The flat also has a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, condominium fees, water, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance, electricity.
