This appartment is located on the top floor in the city centre of Vilvoorde. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station and located 15 minutes from Brussels airport by car.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and bright living area. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings.
The apartment features one bedroom with a modern bathroom.
But the real highlight of this apartment is the large south-facing balcony.
We are looking for a nice group (or 1-2 individuals) of co-housers who would like to live comfortably and centrally, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house was recently fully renovated. With top-notch insulation, triple glazing, a heat pump, and solar panels, the property has an EPC A rating, making the energy costs low. Along the canal route, you can be in Brussels city center by bike in 20 minutes, and by train in 10 minutes. You can reach Antwerp by train in 30 minutes and Mechelen in 8 minutes. With the new ring tram-bus stop, you can also get to Zaventem Airport in 17 minutes. Nearby: Albert Heijn, Colruyt, Lidl, Basic Fit, Jims, and more. There is also a beautiful walking path along the Zenne, in the Drie Fonteinen Park just 20 meters away.
Besides being energy-efficient, we have also focused on a beautiful finish with plenty of natural light and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a living space, office space (so working from home is definitely an option!), garage, etc. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom for ample privacy. In short, a great setup for co-housers!
What we are looking for: one group of four people, or 1-2 individuals who would like to join. We are looking for young professionals who enjoy doing things together after work, such as having coffee, jogging in the park, cooking together (or watching others cook :-) ). But also who appreciate some time to themselves when needed.
Families are of course also welcome to rent this space.
