The apartment consists of two separate units, one facing another, with doors at about 1,5 meter distance. The main unit is a fully equipped cosy studio apartment featuring kitchen, bathroom and bed, washing machine The second unit is a large living room that is perfect for relax as well as for home office. Both units have just been totally renovated and most of the furniture and equipment is brand new. Bocconi University is very near, a 14-minute walk away or 10 minutes by tram. Navigli and NABA are also near. The apartment is perfect for a student or a professional, or a young couple. The bed is double small type, W 120 cm L 190 cm. The area where the apartment is located offers all services within walking distance, such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc. The metro stop Abbiategrasso, green line, is a 10-minute walk away. The property is on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator.
