The apartment is located in the Sarpi-Arena area neighborhood that, while maintaining its traditional flavor, has become the new Chinatown district, multiethnic and lively but, always quiet and well served, the Civic Arena of Milan is within walking distance, Corso Como and Corso Garibaldi can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Strategic area very well served by shops and public transport: streetcars, buses and subway line M5 Lilla stop Monumentale, which is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and air conditioning. Energy class in the process of being assigned.
Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to €70 per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100€ is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract. Final cleaning price included according to the conditions of the apartment at check-out. Cleaning service optional: 20€ per hour. Bed linen and towels are provided for free. Languages spoken: English, Italian, French.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Notice of Cancellation is possible only if the contract has a duration of one year.
The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract
The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.
