CLEANING SERVICE:
We offer for free a cleaning service once per week of common areas. It's a tenant rensponsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good conditions. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it's important to keep everything clean. The cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the cleaning products needed at the apartment.
BED LINEN:
For an hygienic reason, we don't provide pillow, duvet and duvet cover. We only provide a set of sheets and a towel.
CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT TIME:
The check in will be at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve details of how to arrive to the office, but is very well connected from the airport. We will meet here to complete the payments, sign the rental agreement and provide a set of keys of your new home. The check in hours will be from 4:00PM to 8:00PM. If you arrive to Valencia earlier you can leave the luggage at my office meanwhile. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave your keys at a 24H point, where you will be able to collect them.
The check out will be max the las day of the rental agreement at 11:00AM. If your flight is later than this hour, you can leave the luggage here at the office without cost.

It is very well connected by both metro 🚇 and bus 🚌 to the rest of the city, with direct lines to the beach and the port of Valencia less than 5 minutes away on foot 🏖️. It’s a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you—young adventurers/students coming to enjoy our beautiful city. 🌞🎓
We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳
Contract conditions:
The rent includes ALL housing expenses up to a maximum of 60€ per bill: any bill above this amount, the excess will be divided among all tenants. There is a mandatory weekly cleaning service: the cost of the cleaning is divided between the tenants, 4 cleanings per month will be paid by the tenants in equal parts (each cleaning is 24 € WEEKLY).
There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In.
For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨🔧👩🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.
