wir gehen auf Elternzeitreise und vermieten unsere wunderschöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schwabing im Zeitraum vom 01.03.2025 bis 30.04.2025 und suchen einen verantwortungsbewussten Untermieter oder eine Untermieterin, der/die sich in unseren vier Wänden wohlfühlt und sorgsam mit allem umgeht.
Unsere 80qm große Altbau-Wohnung (3. OG ohne Aufzug) befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohnhaus und verfügt über einen Balkon, der ins ruhige Grüne ausgerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und ausgestattet, sodass du/ihr alles vorfindet, was zum Leben, Wohnen und Arbeiten benötigt wird. Die Wohnung verfügt über Fischgrätenparkett, ein Tageslichtbad, eine separate Toilette, Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im Bad und eine Küche mit einer Kochinsel zum geselligen Kochen.
Das Wohnhaus liegt mitten in Schwabing zwischen Münchner Freiheit und Bonner Platz. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Edeka, Rewe, Apotheke, Reinigung, Bäcker, Cafés etc.) sind in maximal 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-/S-Bahn-Stationen sowie Bus-Haltestellen (Bonner Platz und Münchner Freiheit) sind nur 5-8 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Die U-Bahn Hohenzollernplatz ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Also alles mittendrin. Der nahegelegene Englische Garten bietet in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß ausreichend Grünfläche zur Erholung.
Der Mietpreis beträgt 2.200 Euro mit allem pro Monat. Bitte nur Nichtraucher und keine Haustiere.
Über eine Familie würden wir uns besonders freuen. Bzw. wir wünschen uns jemanden, der sorgfältig mit unserer Wohnung umgeht.
P.S.: Die Wohnung wird natürlich so leer geräumt, dass es für dich Sinn macht. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein zusätzliches Zimmer, dass ich hier nicht angegeben habe, wo wir unsere Sachen einsperren werden. Also keine Sorge die weihnachtliche Deko und die Babysachen auf den Fotos werden weggeräumt ;-)
