Bei uns wird ein Zimmer frei. Dein schönes Zimmer ist der Teil einer 80 qm großen Wohnung. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und Flur.
Das Zimmer hat zwei große Fenster und einen Parkettboden. Durch die zwei Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell.
Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Wochen frisch saniert. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Der Waschtrockner ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Das Zimmer hat 1 großes und ausziehbares Bett (Ikea Hemnes, ausziehbar, 160cmx200cm), einen Kleiderschrank und einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl.
Wir haben keinen Putzplan. Wir haben aber eine Putzfrau wer regelmäßig die Wohnung putzt. Die Kosten für die Putzfrau und Putzmittel sind in der Miete inbegriffen.
In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten der Reinigungs- und Putzmittel, Wasch- und Spülmittel, Internet, Strom enthalten. Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.
Lage:
Der Stadtteil Schwabing ist weltweit der Inbegriff für die Münchner Lebensart - die Heimat der Schickeria. Die Lage Nähe zu den Universitäten und Fachhochschulen und andererseits der Flair des Künstlerviertels mit seinen wunderbaren Restaurants und Cafés verzaubert hebt die Lebensfreude. Die Wohnsituation ist innerstädtisch geprägt und überzeugt durch einen zentrale und dennoch sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Einrichtungen des täglichen Bedarfs erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten. Die nächste U-Bahn-Stationen "Hohenzollernplatz" und "Josephsplatz" (U2), sowie Tram- und Bushaltestellen in der Schleißheimer Straße sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man in Kürze auf dem Mittleren Ring und so perfekt an weitere Verkehrswege (Autobahnen/Umfahrungen/usw.) angebunden. Erholungs- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten bieten die in direkter Nähe gelegenen Parks: Luitpold- und Olympiapark, Biergärten, etc.

Das WG-Leben stellen wir uns so vor, dass wir gerne zum Essen/Kochen in der Küche treffen können, oder am Abend mal gemütlich zusammensitzen, aber auch auf jeden Rücksicht genommen wird. Das heißt, wenn die Tür zu ist, hat man auch seine Ruhe.
Gerne können wir auch sonst was zusammen unternehmen, wie Sport, Radtouren, Joggen, Biergarten, Feiern usw. - ist aber keine Pflicht.

Das Zimmer ist klein und nicht das hellste ! Fenster raus zum Lichtschacht siehe Fotos.

At the „Münchner Freiheit“ there are a number of public transport options available, e.g. the underground lines U3 and U6, but also a number of tramway and bus lines.
The Munich Universities (Ludwig-Maximilian-Universität und Technische Universität) can be reached by feet, by bike or via public transport options quite easily in just a few minutes.
The flat is in the 4th floor of a 5 storey building, the building is equiped with an elevator. A balcony is not available.
The size of the flat is around 44 m2, the flat is fully furnished and equiped.
The flat consists of a relatively larg room which is furnished and equiped with a kitchen, table, chairs, double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), storage rack, TV etc. At the corridor there is a spacious wardrobe which offers room for clothes, laguage etc., a wardrobe for shoes is available as well.
