Fußläufig in 10 Minuten zum Ostbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist Löffelfertig eingerichtet, sie benötigen nur ihre persönlichen Gegenstände. Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem 7 geschossigen Haus in der obersten Etage mit Lift in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus.
