- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the flat clean. If the flat is too dirty there is an extra charge: 10€/hour/person.
- If the check-in and administration process takes longer than 1h there will be an extra cost: 30€/hour
- Rental periods: September to January or February to June.
- The rent must be paid between days 10 and 15 of the previous months. Never later.
- The deposit must be paid before moving in and it will be returned if the flat is left in the same condition as received. The deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant
- Parties are not allowed in the flat.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00
- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets or animals are not allowed

Situado en pleno centro a dos minutos de la Universidad de la Merced y cinco de la catedral. Edificio en buen estado y piso con los aseos y cocina nuevos. Cualquier duda te la resuelvo con gusto.......

Situado en pleno centro a dos minutos de la Universidad de la Merced y cinco de la catedral. Edificio en buen estado y piso con los aseos y cocina nuevos. piso recien pintado
Cualquier duda te la resuelvo con gusto.
I live near the centre of Murcia and at 5 minutes walking from the bus station, 7 minutes from the cathedral and 13 minutes from the University of Merced. It is plenty of shops nearby.
The bedroom is spacious and you have a little balcony as well. You can bring plenty of clothes as the wardrobe is big and you will have your own mini toilet so we do not have to share it as I will use the other one. I will clean the house -you will only clean your bedroom.
You will pay the electricity bill and I will pay the water, council and internet. Not sure about the gas bills yet.
I will be happy to tell you the places to visit in Spain and you can always ask me when you need information about the city, the public transport...
