Appartamento interamente ristrutturato nel 2022, completo in dotazioni (cucina, letti, ,armadio, lavatrice) perfetta per studenti in erasmus.
L'appartamento si trova in pieno Napoli centro in quanto è situato in un quartiere di Via Foria, storica via di collegamento al centro di Napoli.
Dista 6 minuti (450 mt.) dalla fermata metro Piazza Cavour e 10 minuti (750 mt) dalla fermata Museo, 3 minuti (150 mt) dalla fermata bus Foria dalle quali è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Napoli.
2 camere, 3 posti letto di cui uno provvisoriamente occupato! L’appartamento dista 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, stazione metro e bus. Sotto casa ci sono tram e bus, servizi come: farmacie, supermercati, pizzerie, mercato e dista poco da attrazioni turistiche. L’appartamento é sempre soleggiato, si trova al quinto piano di un condominio tranquillo e con ascensore. É presente un ampio salone, una cucina grande, una camera da letto singola (450 euro) un bagno con doccia in condivisione, una camera da letto con due letti singoli (ogni letto 400 euro) e con stanzino e bagno privato ma senza doccia e con lavatrice condivisa. É presente un grosso balcone. La zona é tranquilla, le spese sono da pagarsi separatamente dall’affitto (luce, gas, condominio). Lascio totale libertà ma cerco persone pulite ed educate. Sono un insegnante e cerco persone affidabili e corrette. Bene accette persone di ogni provenienza, lgbtq+, coppie di studenti e si valutano animali e fumatori. N.b. La casa é anche in vendita ma come da accordi legali il preavviso per eventuale disdetta sarà di 3 mesi e il deposito cauzionale di 2. Se cercate una casa che funzioni, pulita e con un proprietario onesto, questa deve essere la vostra scelta. Importante per il contratto a norma di legge in Italia essere in possesso del codice fiscale. Purtroppo non parlo inglese e useremo le app apposite per comunicare. Ciao!

coppie e singoli .
Dormirai in diverse stanze arredate , mansardate con soffitti alti,
finestra tipo velux, bagno frigo in camera , diversi angoli di cottura privati.
Alcune stanze molto ampie con bagno fuori dalla camera .

Per venire da noi si salgono le scale non adatte a disabili e a persone con problemi a salire le scale .
Scese le scale
siamo nel Centro Storico Antico di Napoli proprio nel percorso delle vie dell'arte fra le maggiori attrazioni turistiche e enogastronomiche, dallo street food, da famose pizzerie e ristoranti.,
Musei , la famosa cappella san severo con il Cristo velato , la Napoli sotterranea, la via dei presepi , gli scavi dell' antico Macellum Romano e tanto altro.
