Bright and modern two-bedrooms apartment located in Via Frattina, one of the most famous of the Old Town. More precisely, it is located in the north of the Old Town: Tridente area. The apartment enjoys a large living room made cozy by the parquet floor and personalized by the velvet and colors of chairs and sofa bed. The first two beds are located here. Always in the living room we find therefore the dining table and the kitchen. In the first bedroom adjacent to the living area there is a single bed; thanks to the large window, it is also very bright. The master bedroom is then composed of a comfortable double bed with bedside tables. From here you can directly access the anteroom, which contains a sink and a cabinet. Continuing in the bathroom, we then find the washing machine, shower and toilets.

Our prices include Residence Service with assistance and include: VAT10%, utilities (electricity and gas up to a maximum daily amount), check-in assisted by (hidden) Staff, internet Wi-fi. You do not have to pay condominium fees or agency fees.
Tax excluded from the price:
For stays of 30 nights or longer, during the check-in, a short term tenancy agreement will be stipulated. In order to properly register the contract, the payment of a stamp duty (equal to 32€) and a registration tax (equal to 2% of the rent with a minimum of 67€) will be needed - only half of this amount will be paid by the guest. There are exemptions in case of application of the tax withholding (cedolare secca) fiscal regime.
During the check-in you must show the Italian Tax Identification Number, in addition to your Passport and Identity Card. If you don't have it, you can ask for it at the nearest Italian Revenue Agency or your diplomatic offices in Italy (more information: (hidden)).
Security deposit
We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 72 working hours from day of departure.
Check-in time
The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. - 30€.
Final Cleaning Service
You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean (hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash); dispose of trash properly.
Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount in order to respect the environment.

Luminoso e moderno trilocale collocato in via Frattina, una delle più famose del Centro Storico. Più precisamente, si trova nella zona nord del Centro Storico: Tridente. Tasse escluse dal prezzo
