The apartment has been renovated to meet all students' needs. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and a kitchen equipped with all essential accessories.

PAYMENTS:
The first month's fee + the Admin Fee is due as confirmation of the booking
The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly installments for rental periods of at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly installments in other cases.
