The studio is located on the first floor at the back side with balcony. Entrance via private door , living / sleeping area with neat compact open kitchen with refrigeraytor , separate shower and toilet . Also own connection for washing machine. Your own independent and private studio. Building management will renovate the whole roof in August. Renovation of all windows and balcony door is planned this end of this year by building management. TV and wire less internet is also available. Own modem in the studio-apartement.
Basic rent is €630, extra payment of €220 as fixed charge for use gas, water, electricity, internet-wifi and digital tv-signal. No settlement for all utilities. Total rent is €850

Beautiful recently renovated studio in one of the most beautiful areas of Rotterdam, Kralingen. The studio has a bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchen, toilet and a balcony. It is situated at walking distance of supermarkets, various shops, public transport, gym, restaurants, beach, forrest, padel- and tennis courts etc. The city center of Rotterdam is 10 minutes by bike.
The apartment is at a central location in Rotterdam. Central station is a 10 minute bike ride away. The shops are around the corner (supermarket is 5 min. walk) and the nearest metro and tram stop are also within minutes walking distance of the apartment. I'm renting out the apartment from the 1st of October, potentially up to 12 months. I'm looking for people that will take good care of my place and will be friendly neighbours to my neighbours. Fully furnished cozy room in apartment located in Kralingen at the Oostzeedijk. The apartment has four rooms in total so you’ll have to share the facilities with three other international students or young expats. The house is equipped with a renovated kitchen including: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, microwave oven, water cooker, washing machine, dishwasher etc. There’s a balcony that can be used by all tenants at the back side of the apartment.
With public transport (tram stop in front of the door) it’ll take you 12 minutes to get to Erasmus University and 10 minutes to get to the center of Rotterdam. With the bike it’s only 1,5KM to Erasmus or city center.
The room is equipped with a double bed (140x200)), desk, chair and a built-in closet. The room is about 17m2 and located at the front side of the house.
This room will have to be rented until the end of December 2022 or the 31st of January 2023 without the possibility to end it in between (it can only be ended if tenant and landlord come to an agreement which usually means you can leave once I have found a suitable replacement and a fee of 50EUR per month short on the initial ending date of the contract is paid). An extension can be made until the end of July or August after you've lived at the apartment for a little while and are happy there.
A mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in.
Nice big all-in appartement (75m2) with separate sleeproom, living room, own private kitchen, bathroom/toilet and balcony. All renovated in 2019. İn 2023 new ceiling roof placed in sleeping room and new tails and washing machine in bathroom. Building management just planned renovation of the balconies in the building and the whole roof.
