The apartment is at a central location in Rotterdam. Central station is a 10 minute bike ride away. The shops are around the corner (supermarket is 5 min. walk) and the nearest metro and tram stop are also within minutes walking distance of the apartment. I'm renting out the apartment from the 1st of October, potentially up to 12 months. I'm looking for people that will take good care of my place and will be friendly neighbours to my neighbours. I've included my furniture in the photo's, but the apartment can be rented with or without the furniture.
This completely renovated apartment is located in the heart of Rotterdam, close to business centers, shops and public transport. The studio has its own kitchen, bathroom, private toilet and living room. This studios has a separate bedroom with a 1 person bed. The apartment is fully furnished with TV, laundry machine and dishwasher. It's possible to use the free WIFI, available in every room. This apartment is highly isolated and All-electric with low-temperature floor heating.
Besides the rent, you pay the monthly service costs EUR 270 (one person, add 30% for 2 people), which includes all costs for electricity, water, WIFI, basic cleaning all public spaces and private bathroom/toilet and floor (cleaning is obligated), management and furnishing.
There is a final cleaning charge to an amount of EUR 225.
Your front door and apartment door are equipped with state of the art locks, operated both with your phone or keycard. Each apartment has a fire extinguisher and smoke detector(s).
Note: For this accommodation a housing permit (Huisvestingsvergunning or HVV) is required. A housing permit gives you permission to stay in a house which is located in a HVV-area. At the municipality of Rotterdam you can apply for the housing permit. To obtain the permit, you must meet certain requirements. The room also offers a beautiful view of the Rotterdam bridges.

Fully furnished cozy room in apartment located in Kralingen at the Oostzeedijk. The apartment has four rooms in total so you’ll have to share the facilities with three other international students or young expats. The house is equipped with a renovated kitchen including: pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, microwave oven, water cooker, washing machine, dishwasher etc. There’s a balcony that can be used by all tenants at the back side of the apartment.
With public transport (tram stop in front of the door) it’ll take you 12 minutes to get to Erasmus University and 10 minutes to get to the center of Rotterdam. With the bike it’s only 1,5KM to Erasmus or city center.
The room is equipped with a double bed (140x200)), desk, chair and a built-in closet. The room is about 17m2 and located at the front side of the house.
This room will have to be rented until the end of December 2022 or the 31st of January 2023 without the possibility to end it in between (it can only be ended if tenant and landlord come to an agreement which usually means you can leave once I have found a suitable replacement and a fee of 50EUR per month short on the initial ending date of the contract is paid). An extension can be made until the end of July or August after you've lived at the apartment for a little while and are happy there.
A mandatory administration fee of 250EUR has to be paid when you move in.
