The antique and design furniture offers a unique sensation to be at home. At the entrance, a nice antique writing desk and bookshelf in a niche is comfortable to study/work at home. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (new dishwasher, new washing machine, oven, microwave, new fridge, new freezer, etc...) with a large dining table and windows on the square. The separated bedroom is equipped with a a new 140*200 bed, armchair, closets, Smart TV/Sat, bookshelves, and it has large door/windows with access to the terrace garden. The terrace is partially covered by a transparent roof, it is furnished, and it has a barbecue installed. Un dettaglio eccentrico, ma il tuo WC è situato sulla scalinata che porta al tuo appartamento. Ha una TV a schermo piatto, però! I dettagli originali come pavimenti in legno, radiatori di ferro e camini (anche se decorativi) sono stati conservati. Tuttavia, tutto è contemporaneo, caldo e confortevole. La spaziosa camera da letto ha un piccolo balcone con vista sulla strada e un'altra piccola stanza con una scala a un letto matrimoniale in un soppalco.
