Modern studio in the brand new residence (renovated 2020) is only 4 minutes cycling distance to Schuman station and the EU Commission, or alternatively 9' walk to Madou metro station and features 10 bedrooms from 14 to 28 sqm, each with its own private shower, toilet and fridge.
A large common area with a lounge and fitted kitchen as well as a garden and bicycle parking is available to the tenants, as well as a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
This residential area is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. This residential street is calm (one-way street) and leads on to place Huwaert and it's many shops and restaurants.
Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the nearby place Houwaert area, and a new large Lidl supermarket is just 5 minutes walk away.
Rent for 6 months is 750/month with all charges included. Please ask me the monthly rent for shorter period of time (minimum 1 month)
Deposit is 700€.

Espaces communs spacieux ( salon, salle à manger, cuisine, buanderie), 9 chambres et 5 salles de bains. Les colocataires sont principalement des master et jeunes actifs de tous les pays d'Europe.
Les charges comprennent eau, électricité, chauffage, internet, assurances, nettoyage hebdomadaire de toute la maison.

We send you the contract after the booking on the platform and you need to read it and sign it within 48h.
We hold the right to cancel your booking if we don't receive the contract on time.
The contract goes until the end of the month and starts at the beginning of the month.
Important Info:
-Rents exclude utilities, mind that there're on average 135euros on top of the rent.
-Payment to HousingAnywhere now: first month’s rent + service fee of HousingAnywhere
-Rental contract: you have to sign the contract online right after your booking is done on this platform (we'll give you the website to create an account and get the contract, you just need a copy of your ID!)
-Payments directly to me: half of the deposit (1 month's rent) to pay when you sign the contract, other half of the deposit + utilities before you move in
-Payment of the followings months: to the bank account of the landlord by the 8 of each month, not to HousingAnywhere
