This private room is suitable for couples, with a monthly rent of €1225 (charges included). !!️If rented alone, the rent is €1025 per month!!️. Located in the European district of Brussels on avenue de la Brabançonne, 1000 Brussels, this room is part of a recently renovated large house. It features a luxurious private bathroom and a spacious garden on the ground floor.
The house boasts a cozy living room and two fully furnished kitchens equipped with dishwashers and modern appliances (large fridges, ovens, cooking plates, microwaves...). Additionally, there's a laundry room with various washing machines and dryers available for all tenants.
Bike storage is provided, and electric bikes or scooters can be charged inside the house. A cleaning lady visits weekly to clean the common areas, and the room is cleaned before your arrival. All double beds come with bedsheets and two pillows.
Enjoy a vibrant atmosphere among young tenants from different countries. Several rooms of different sizes are still available, and we can arrange on-site visits for you to choose your preferred room. Rooms are available now and can be rented for various periods.
The rent includes a €70 provision for charges, and a monthly fee of €25 is required for laundry use and weekly cleaning of the common areas. We only rent for a minimum of 6 months or longer; shorter periods are not accepted. These rooms are intended for young professionals aged 18-35; no students.
This new residence features excellent tram and bus connections, and is only 7 minutes walking distance to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission, or alternatively 10' to Madou metro station.
This residential area (postcode : 1000) is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European district, and the city centre. Parking is generally not a problem during the day but can be tricky after 7 pm. This residential street is calm (one-way street) and leads on to Square Ambiorix.
Plenty of small groceries shops, bakeries and restaurants are available in the nearby Chaussée de Louvain area, and a Delhaize supermarket is just a few minutes walk away.
