Hello! We are Rubén and Nora (spanish 40y/o and Swedish 30 y/o) and Vandana, the third flatmate returns to HongKong, so we rent her room in a newly renovated apartment.
The apartment is quite spacious, newly renovated and painted, has a balcony with two chairs and unobstructed views, two bathrooms and a large kitchen, there is heating, Internet and a lady comes to clean every month.
The room is interior, has a wardrobe, table, chair, 1,20x1.90 bed (neither big nor small). utilities (gas, elect, internet, water) are included in the price with limits (20 each / month). You have to leave 1 month deposit.
You can start in October.
We are looking for someone sociable, responsible, clean, fun.
Rarely Nora is coming with her partner, those days we would be 3 + you.
It is a perfect place to stay in BCN for a few months.
