NOUS cherchons un 5ème participant. Le profil de la personne recherchée; UN PROFESSIONNEL TRANQUILE ET SYMPATHIQUE, idéalement avec de l'experience en colocation , qui vise en principe une période de permanence d' AU MOINS 1 AN . Or, nous sommes prêts à examiner d'autres cas et nous acceptons une période de preuve de 1 mois pour rassurer à chacun.
Le loyer inclu toutes les charges (WIFI, chauffage, Electricité gaz, l'eau et même le nettoyage régulier des parties communes). La maison dispose d'une machine à laver et d'une séchoire à disposition.
Belle chambre (c. 20m2), double lit, grand bureau et armoire ; bien aérée avec une grande baie vitrée et vue splendide sur les jardins en arrière, côté sud et accès a une grande terrasse de 30m2

I AM THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE BUT OCCUPY IT VERY LITTLE (TWO WEEKS EVERY TWO MONTHS in average) SINCE MY FAMILY MOVED two YEARs AGO
THEREFORE, I AM READY TO SHARE IT WITH SINGLE, QUIET AND NICE PROFESSIONALS. I've already got on board some European Commission colleagues and other junior and senior executives of international firms and ONG's.

In a very nice building, the 20m2 room is part of a spacious duplex with 6 bedrooms. The room is fullly furnished and you will have a private shower and sink. The appartement has a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area and a TV corner. You will have acces to a washing machine.
You roomates will only be young workers. Trams (25, 7, 55 and 92) and shops 2 min away. Big park 10 min away.
