Each tenant has a private bathroom + toilet and a private cupboard with fridge, cutlery, dish ware & pans -pots in the kitchen. You will have access to a courtyard with barbecue, the kitchen, the tv room and the laundry room. The house is located right in front of the cinquantenaire and 5min walk away from Schuman and European institutions. You are right in the middle of the european quarter. There is a stay tax 4.58€/day.
🏠Room 01 in Cinquantenaire house is on the ground floor street side with an en suite bathroom and toilet.

La prima porta che incontrerai quando camminerai lungo il corridoio principale è la cucina a pianta aperta, il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo. La cucina è splendida e moderna e completamente attrezzata. C'è un'isola con 4 sgabelli e può servire al duplice scopo del controsoffitto extra durante la cottura. La zona giorno è arredata con una scaffalatura, una scrivania e una sedia, una grande TV a schermo piatto e un divano molto comodo. Il bagno è dall'altra parte della hall dalla cucina, e ha una cabina doccia e una lavatrice. Alla fine della sala ci sono le due camere da letto. Entrambi sono enormi con un sacco di spazio per i vestiti.
Schaerbeek è un fantastico quartiere a nord del centro città. Non troverai un numero enorme di turisti in questa parte della città, ma ciò non significa che non ci siano cose da vedere e da fare. Il parco Josaphat, a 3 minuti a piedi, è un posto meraviglioso per fare jogging o semplicemente per sedersi e rilassarsi. Il parco ha anche un campo da minigolf e un cocktail bar. A soli 9 minuti troverete un campo da rugby e un tennis club. E se non ti dispiace una passeggiata di 12 minuti, puoi dare un'occhiata agli spettacoli al Teatro La Balsamine.
