The 10 rooms are between 15 and 30sqm, there are 6 rooms with private bathroom and 4 rooms with shared bathroom.
We send you the contract after the booking on the platform and you need to read it and sign it within 48h.
We hold the right to cancel your booking if we don't receive the contract on time.
The contract goes until the end of the month and starts at the beginning of the month.
Important Info:
-Rents exclude utilities, mind that there're on average 135euros on top of the rent.

🚃Il est proche des transport en commun (bus 3,4,5,1 minutes à pied et métro bourse 2 minutes).

📆Je cherche un colocataire qui resterait 4 mois ou plus: à partir du 10 février 2024 (date d’entrée flexible)
