Stuttgart-West is a popular residential district with charming 19th century old buildings. Here you will find restaurants with German and international cuisine as well as small shops and several theatres. At the nearby lake Feuersee you can relax and let your everyday life come to an end.
Very bright attic flat with 6 dormer windows (opaque shutters) in a 2-family house with a large garden. The flat was completely renovated in 2010 and is equipped with very nice, modern furniture. Shops for daily needs such as (organic) supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, butchers, sports shops, banks etc. are located e.g. in the main shopping street Epplestraße (2 minutes on foot). The Rewe supermarket is open until 10 pm. Nearby are various restaurants, snack bars and ice cream parlours.
The accommodation

It was built in the 1950s and was the largest TV tower in the world at the time.

Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie (Bio-)Supermärkte, Apotheken, Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Sportgeschäfte, Banken etc. befinden sich z.B. in der Haupteinkaufsstraße Epplestraße (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Rewe-Supermarkt ist bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. In der Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Restaurants, Imbisse und Eisdielen.
Die Unterkunft

Verschiedene Wälder und die Felder mit dem Riedsee sind in wenigen Minuten durch Joggen zu erreichen. Das Wahrzeichen Stuttgarts, der Fernsehturm, ist ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Er wurde in den 1950er Jahren erbaut und war zu dieser Zeit der größte Fernsehturm der Welt.

The apartment is a place to have a good time when you come to Stuttgart. It's 25 qm of lovely details with a 1.4 meter bed which is in a drawer to be stored under a nice deck. A third person can sleep also on the sofa bed. But I guess the apartment is not big enough for a long term 3 occupants usage. It has a great view over Stuttgart.
