L'alloggio al primo piano con ascensore, ristrutturato e arredato di nuovo è costituito di due ampie camere, cucina abitabile, bagno, ripostiglio e ampia entrata, dotata di diversi elettrodomestici.
La posizione garantisce un buon collegamento con tutta la città e con tutte le sedi universitarie, data l'ampia disponibilità di mezzi pubblici compreso la metropolitana a 100 metri.
Ci fossero due amiche interessate ad affittarla doppia è possibile e l'affitto è di 280 ciascuno.
Affitto mensile comprensivo di tutte le spese, restano esclusi la luce e il gas di cucina di circa 15 euro al mese e internet wifi di euro 11,50 mensili.

The accommodation is on the first floor with lift, renovated and newly furnished.
In the apartment there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room and a large entrance, equipped with various electric appliances.
The location guarantees a good connection with the whole city and with all universities, thanks to the wide availability of public transportation stops that are located within walking distance from the house. In particular, the closes subway stop is only 100 meters away.
This room can be also rented as double by two friends, and for that we ask 280 euros p.p.
The monthly rent is inclusive of all expenses, with the exception of electricity and cooking gas (about 15 euros per month) and wifi internet (11.50 euros per month).
