If you need to leave the room before the contract's natural expiration, you have the option to cancel at any time, provided we find a suitable replacement to take your place. In the event of early cancellation, a flat-rate cost of €250 will be charged, payable by the tenant on the day of check-out.

Our rooms come fully furnished with a premium mattress, a wardrobe, a warm carpet, a desk and chair. Of course, pillows, bedsheets and small items such as a bed-side table and a small lamp are always included. Depending on your needs, you can choose a single or a double bed, a balcony or even a shared or private terrace.
More than an apartment, this is simply a very big, comfy house. You will find 2 bathrooms on each floor, with some having the shower separated from the toilet for a better convenience in the morning.
