Prior to check-in, we require the contract signature, payment for the entry fee, and a one-month deposit. You will find all this information in the email you will receive.
Check-in is available from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, on weekends, or during holidays, kindly inform us in advance to check the availability of flexible check-in options. Please note that there will be an additional cost of €50 in such cases.
Please note that the room is delivered fully furnished, but does not include pillows, sheets, blankets, etc. The kitchen is equipped with essential items such as plates, cutlery, and glasses. Anything not provided can be purchased privately.
If you need to leave the room before the contract's natural expiration, you have the option to cancel at any time, provided we find a suitable replacement to take your place. In the event of early cancellation, a flat-rate cost of €250 will be charged, payable by the tenant on the day of check-out.

The apartment is located right in the center of Turin, a stone's throw from the Porta Nuova station and all the city services and occupies the first floor of a truly fascinating historic building. The house has 8 rooms, a large kitchen, a dining room, a common living room, and two large bathrooms.
The rooms are all very large and spacious and all private. In the rooms you will find:
- Large bed and bedside table;
- Wardrobe;
- Desk to study with a lamp;
- Shelves for books and photos;
and you will also find sheets, towels and everything you need to better enjoy your experience here in Turin.
In the common living room, you will find a nice sofa to relax, while in the kitchen (very large and spacious) you will find everything you need to prepare your meals in the company of your friends! The dining room will be an ideal environment for living together.
The price includes everything: rent, expenses, utilities, internet, common parts cleaning. ALL-INCLUSIVE! We are waiting for you!

L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro Torino a due passi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e da tutti i servizi della citt e occupa il primo piano di un palazzo storico davvero affascinante.
La casa ospita 8 stanze, una grande cucina, una sala da pranzo, un soggiorno comune e due grandi bagni.
Le camere sono tutte molto grandi e spaziose e ovviamente sotto tutte private.
