This is a comfy room in an apartment with 2 others flatmate located in UCCLE. The bright room (12m2) furnished with double bed, desk, and wardrobe and a private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen is big enough to enjoy preparing your meal with your roommates. Friendly and international atmosphere guaranteed! On the apartment you can find a shared bathrooms and one of the room have a private one. A Washing machine and a dryer are available however you can use the dryer only during the winter. Visits are allowed (10 euros per night). Domiciliation not possible. The building respects all security regulations.
When signing the contract, you will be asked to provide the information of your guarantor (name, telephone number, address and proof of income)
Location: You have lots of public transport : bus 60/43/51 and Tram you can reach Brussels Center (Sainte Catherine OR Brussel Midi) in only 10 min by metro!

La chambre est équipée d’un lit double, un bureau ainsi que de rangements. Vous disposerez d’une terrasse privée de quoi vous détendre de plus, une autre terrasse est disponible au niveau de la cuisine. Ambiance conviviale avec deux autres colocataires. Cependant, la domiciliation n’est pas possible. Par ailleurs, vous avez à votre disposition un lave-linge ainsi qu’un sèche-linge (utilisation uniquement durant l’hiver). Les visites sont autorisées (10 euros par nuit).
Lors de la signature du contrat, il vous sera demander de fournir les informations de votre garant (nom,numéro de téléphone, adresse et justificatif de revenus)
