The kitchen is small but functional, there is no oven. The heating is autonomous and electric. The apartment is located in Via Savorgnana, 18 on the second floor of of a building with elevator. Great location a 2 minute walk from Duomo of Udine. Aperitif in the center? You just need to go down the stairs. The bus stop is a few step form the building. Are you in full session of exams and do not want to move? The supermarket is a fiew minutes walk. Parking for bicycles.

RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
